Our team monitors the weather daily to ensure your Sweet Shop USA chocolate arrives in perfect condition. During warm weather, standard orders will ship on Mondays to ensure safe delivery while orders with express shipping will be processed within 24hrs of the order being placed on business days M-F. Our daily order cut-off is 4 PM CST. Orders placed after 4 PM, will calculate as if the order were placed the following day.

Should Sweet Shop USA chocolate be refrigerated or frozen? Please do not refrigerate our premium chocolate, instead please store our chocolate in a cool dry place not to exceed 72°F.

Shiver Sticks care: Shiver Sticks will arrive chilled and ready to freeze and enjoy. If Shiver sticks are thawed, shake and place them in the freezer.
